I am a Reiki Master / Teacher trained in the Tibetan / Usui Tradition of Reiki. Originating in Japan, Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-intrusive holistic system for balancing, healing and harmonising all aspects of a person - body, mind, spirit and emotions. It can also encourage personal and spiritual awareness and growth. You are blessed to receive the gift of Reiki.

Reiki
Your first appointment requires a brief consultation and I usually allow 45 mins for the first session. Subsequent appointments will take 30 mins.
Once the treatment starts, with you laying fully clothed on the bed, you will relax as I work on the main chakras on the front of your body to balance your energy flow and clear any blockages which may be affecting your daily life.
Distance treatments are available.
I practice hands-off treatment and treat adults and children. Children's appointments start at 15 minutes duration and cost £15.

Relax and Reset
A 30 minute monthly group session online with a combination of reiki, meditation, visualisation and most importantly relaxation to help you wind down.
Last Sunday of every month at 8pm.
